Refund policy

Welcome to Glamour 2 Beaut. We hope you love your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order or purchase date for in-store purchases. To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be:

- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached
- free from perfume, makeup, fake tan, marks, or odours.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days. Once your return has been received and approved, customers can place a new order for their preferred item or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiry@glamour2beaut.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, including return postage costs where applicable.

Sale Items

Sale items may be exchanged or credited only and are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Glamour 2 Beaut cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Where refunds are required in line with UK consumer rights legislation, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to appear once approved.
